  • Cancellation

    Once your order is confirmed we are unable to add to it or cancel it. We may however be able to combine two separate orders to reduce shipping costs.

  • Shipping

    Please allow up to 14 days for shipping. Keep in mind we are shipping through a third party, once we have shipped your order we have no control over the shipping time.

    You are responsible for paying for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are receiving a replacement item due to shipping damage the shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Returns & Damaged Items

    Please choose carefully as we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

    If your item/s arrive damaged on arrival please contact us on wixslaneco@gmail.com and we can organise a replacement or refund for you.

    To be eligible for a replacement or refund you will be required to send the faulty item/s back to Wix’s Lane and be responsible for the cost of shipping.
